Our Journey
A belief in our community
In October 2024, NEON broke ground on our 25,000-square-foot commercial kitchen facility—an exciting milestone in our mission to support local food entrepreneurs.
We did this because there was no available space for food entrepreneurs in North Minneapolis. And it's very difficult to get a small food business started when there isn’t access to commercial-grade kitchen space and storage.
The end goal for our client work is to provide a pathway out of poverty that creates careers and future wealth.
